Home Improvement Loan Programs

City of Hartford Housing Preservation Loan Fund

CT Housing Investment Fund
Energy efficiency and housing rehabilitation loan funding. Financing to assist individuals, organizations and developers purchase, rehabilitate or construct homes for low and moderate income families. (860) 233-5165 or info@chif.org

The Hartford Community Loan Fund
Housing rehabilitation loan funding. Provides loans from $5,000-$50,000 for owner occupied and investor owned residential properties with 1-4 units. Mixed use properties are also eligible.
